The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is now available to submit for the upcoming academic year. It is strongly recommended that every student complete the FAFSA.
November 15
By now, our office has begun to award new students (except Conservatory, pending auditions) for the upcoming Fall term. Have you completed the FAFSA, VTAG application, and/or Virginia Conference United Methodist Scholarship applications yet?
April 15
By now all Conservatory auditions have concluded. Conservatory aid packaged will be sent to new students.
May 31
Virginia Conference United Methodist Scholarship application is due to our office.
June 1
If your financial aid does not cover all costs, you should contact Hornet Central to inquire about the Shenandoah University Payment Plan Application Agreement. This program allows you to make four equal payments each semester, rather than paying your tuition in full at the beginning of each semester.
July 26
Deferred Shenandoah University Payment Plan Application due to Hornet Central
If you have received all of your financial aid paperwork (award letter, verification forms, loan promissory notes, etc.), have you returned them signed and completed to our office? Please do not delay your financial aid by neglecting to fill out the forms we send you. We never send junk mail!
July 31
Virginia Tuition Assistance Grant (VTAG) application due.
August 4
Fall tuition is due. Any remaining balances, after financial aid is taken into account, needs to be paid by this date.
December 15
Spring tuition is due. Any remaining balances, after financial aid is taken into account, needs to be paid by this date.
